Responsibilities:
- Perform financial and general accounting related functions in the Finance & Accounting Department
- Manage AR collection & credit analysis, account/cash receipt reconciliation, credit line review & credit reference, and analyze customers’ financial status
- Interface with customers and various departments internally for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Provides analysis and interpretation of the customers’ financial status for proper evaluation of risk and credit limits.
- Interacts with sales team, customer service to work on accounts receivable reconciling
- Prepares recommendations for credit line/payment term approval decisions on new and existing accounts.
- Analyzes and reports on credit memo and write-off activities.
- Monitors and communicates credit concerns to management.
- Responsible for placing routine calls/emails to customers for collection of past due accounts
- Perform sales tax reporting, reconciliation, training and internal audit preparation
- Perform GST Tax report
- Participate internal audit and perform detailed testing
Requirements:
- BS in Finance/Accounting with 3+ years of related experience in accounting & finance
- Proficiency in MS Office applications. Experience with SAP and bilingual in Mandarin a plus
- Be able to work independently with excellent communication (written and oral) skills
- Must be detail-oriented and a team player
- Possess efficient time management and strong coordination abilities
