Responsibilities

Treasury Associate

The core responsibility of the Treasury Associate is to provide a high level of treasury services for Keysight subsidiaries globally by ensuring smooth daily cash operations, efficient liquidity and investment management, enhanced banking relationship management, and value creation with treasury consulting projects such as acquisition and divestiture, product, services and technology enhancement, etc. and ensuring compliance with appropriate controls and processes.

1. Investment and cash management activities:

Perform active cash management activities for key currency cash pools to ensure adequate working capital and liquidity within Corporate Treasury Policies including cash positioning and reconciliation of bank balances; execution of cash payment transfers, FX conversions and monthly Intercompany settlements;  investment and borrowing activities, maintenance of Treasury System, accurate reporting of cash, handover to the Accounting team for month end close

2. Corporate Treasury Support:

Provide operational support for  Reporting, FX,  including cash forecasting and analysis to support Balance Sheet Hedging,  management of debt/investment strategies, monitoring and reporting activities – cash positions, counterparty exposure, credit lines, bank utilization, interest yields.

3. Banking relationship:

Manage global relationship and local bank relationship within each region, including on-going review of products and services, pricing negotiation, review of credit facilities to ensure an efficient banking structure.

4. Treasury Management Systems & Technology:

leverage on technology available via the Treasury System (FIS-Integrity) and working with relevant banking providers and third party solutions to create value and drive efficiency for the Company. This includes management of bank accounts and related setups within the Treasury management system and boundary applications.

5. Controls and Compliance:

Ensure compliance with internal process controls, SOX and any country specific legal requirements and FX regulatory controls as well as best practices and ability to apply those prescribed under Corporate policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
  • No prior experience required; may have up to 2 years’ relevant experience.
