Our startup:

Aniah is a startup that has developed a formal circuit checker for microelectronics design. Our software works like a “spell checker,” with an algorithm that instantly identifies errors or incompatibilities in circuit design, analyzes them, and suggests corrections in real time.

Our solution is marketed internationally, to major players in the semiconductor market (Europe, USA, Taiwan, etc.).

Our startup now has 22 talented and enthusiastic people (mostly engineers in the fields of IT, microelectronics or algorithms).

And to support the development of our company, we are opening a position for Accounting, Finance and General Administration Manager.

Your missions:

With the support of the department manager, while working closely with the startup founder, you will be responsible for the accounting, financial, and administrative aspects of the entire company. In this role, you will be a key cross-functional link in communicating information and managing the startup’s performance.

Your activities and responsibilities will be distributed as follows:

For the accounting part:

  • Sales and purchasing: invoicing, managing the purchasing process, updating the supplier database.
  • Day-to-day accounting and tax management: entry of all accounting documents, bank reconciliations, account reconciliation, updating of the fixed assets register, preparation of tax returns (VAT returns, DAS2 declaration, etc.)
  • Carrying out account closing work (annual closings/half-yearly statements): Reviewing accounts for all cycles, entering cut-off entries, valuing CIR, CII and capitalized production, liaising with our accounting firm and our audit firm.

For the financial part:

  • Cash flow monitoring, forecast updates, monthly variance analysis
  • Participation in defining the budget and establishing forecast scenarios
  • Contribution to the management of relations with banking partners and shareholders
  • Support for preparing grant applications and assisting with the fundraising process

For the general administration part:

  • General resources: fulfillment of orders, management of supplies, preparation of reservations for travel
  • Communication: preparation of communication materials, assistance with updating the website and social networks, monthly writing of the internal newsletter
  • HR: implementation of the training plan, link with social organizations, one-off support for administrative management of personnel
  • Quality: ensures compliance with processes, monitors indicators and participates in the annual audit.

Your profile

  • Education: Bac+3 to Bac+5 in Accounting, Management or Finance
  • Experience: first significant professional experience of at least 3 years within an accounting firm or an accounting department of an SME or startup
  • Perfect mastery of Excel
  • Good level of English (written and oral).

Organized, rigorous, recognized for your technical qualities and you have good operational management skills. You are autonomous, able to take initiatives and demonstrate great adaptability.

The position

Position to be filled by the beginning of July 2025 at the latest (possibility of taking leave during the summer period).

Working hours: full time (but discussion possible around 80%), with occasional teleworking.

Our startup is based in Grenoble (Bouchayer-Viallet sector), in a very friendly working environment, close to public transport (train and tram).

Job Type: Full Time

Remuneration: €2,300.00 to €2,800.00 per month
