Job Description

Keysight Technologies is hiring an experienced regional field marketing manager to join Americas Marketing team, enabling us to promote High Speed Digital Design and Data Centre Connectivity solutions. This role is part of the Keysight Americas Marketing organization, reporting to the Head of Regional Demand and Channel Marketing Programs.

In this individual Contributor role, you will build, plan, drive, and implement highly effective marketing programs in partnership with the Global marketing and regional sales organizations to contribute to the success of initiatives around these technologies. The role will be responsible for creating a deeper understanding of the segments and will use the insights for creating full spectrum of Marketing programs from Reputation, Demand and Engagement. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams and marketing disciplines to execute programs with precision and deliver high quality results demonstrated by measurable metrics.

The ideal candidate should be a tech-savvy, creative and critical thinker with strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.

This position can be a remote work position.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with teammates to create and drive Demand programs across identified segments, in partnership with field sales teams to establish a plan to exceed pipeline and key performance metrics.
  • Programs: Adopt and create a multi-faceted Marketing Plan for High-Speed Digital and Data Center Connectivity design & test portfolio (PAM/ DDR/ USB/ PCIe/ 400G/ MIPI/ HDMI/ 400GE technologies). Product portfolio includes High Performance Oscilloscopes, Arbitrary Waveform Generators, Bit Error Ratio Testers etc.
  • Program plans should cover prospect and customer audiences with strong pre and post tactic. Program responsibilities include (but not limited to) creating virtual and live events, webinars, executive conferences/roundtables, networking events, third party (regional) conferences, customer (account) specific programs, digital advertising, and more.
  • Communications: Ensure a high level of awareness, excitement and adoption of marketing programs and resources by our sales and Solution Engineers.
  • Results & Analysis: Meet and exceed key quarterly metrics goals. Well-versed in regional reporting on program performance, feedback, return on investment, attribution as well a strong understanding of what’s working / not / why for guidance on future investments. Track lead flow and marketing funnel progress for all activities to evaluate results against goals and use learnings to refine and improve outcomes.
  • Logistics: Ensure all critical components for successful execution are in place for field programs, including, coordination of, speakers, agendas, and staff.
  • Engagement: Identify and manage relevant industry associations and ensure proper level of engagement.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, electrical, computer science, engineering, or another technical degree
  • 8 years of marketing or engineering experience in Technology industry like High-Speed digital solutions, Wireless, Cloud services, data canters etc.
  • 3+ years of content adaptation or development – for example, technical marketing, product marketing, or engineering content
  • Proven success working with global, cross-functional sales, marketing, and services organizations
  • Experience partnering with a senior sales team comprised of sales, technical and industry teams
  • Data-driven – familiarity with analysis and reporting tools to drive strategic recommendations: 6sense, Eloqua, DOMO and SalesForce
  • A strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to roll up one’s sleeves to drive success against the roadmap that you’ve developed
  • A high degree of initiative, self-motivation, and resourcefulness
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and negotiations skills
  • Formal written and presentation skills
  • May require traveling for work ~ 30%
