Facilities Hookup and Project support Technician

The Facilities hookup & maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting Hookup engineer for semiconductor equipment hookup activities and building maintenance tasks where assigned.

• Support Semiconductor equipment hookup activities.
• Support Facilities project related activities.
• Perform building maintenance tasks where assigned.
• Prepare venue where needed for events such as town-hall. ; remove or arrange furniture as needed.
• Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials.
• Oversee services and 5S by external and in-house contractors.
• Performs other work related duties as assigned.
• Able to work normal hours and overtime where needed.

Education, skills & Work Experience Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electronics engineering and equivalent.
• Basic understanding of electrical system.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of MS Words, Excel is mandatory.
• Added advantage for knowledge of Auto-cad.

Physical Requirement

• Ability to climb ladders. (Work at height training will be provided)
• Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may require.
