We are looking for a skilled Executive Administrative Assistantto provide high-level support to the office of the Executive Vice President, Data & Artificial Intelligence. This role requires exceptional multitasking skills, discretion, and attention to detail while managing calendars, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring seamless daily operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates needs, and takes initiative to optimize efficiency and executive productivity. This highly visible role will be an extension of the Executive Vice President, Data & Artificial Intelligence and will liaise with other senior executive teams across the business.
We are looking for an Executive Administrative Assistant. This is an onsite position located at our Seattle, WA office.
You’ll make an impact by:
- Organize and manage leadership activities, such as meetings, presentations, and events.
- Drive the regular cadence of leadership team meetings, and quarterly business reviews, with input into agenda scheduling.
- Manage customer communications, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Coordinate special initiatives and community events.
- Assist with corporate communications.
- Exercise independent judgment, effectively manage multiple priorities, and maintain a strong focus on detail.
- Assist with financial tasks, including processing purchase orders and ordering supplies.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support for other team members as needed, including HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and IT asset management.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating internal training initiatives.
- Support the leadership team with the proficient use of software, including MS Office, SharePoint, and software tools for expense reporting, purchase orders, employee onboarding, etc.
- Represent the company and the executives in a positive light through great follow-through skills and sound judgment.
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
- 5+ years supporting executive leadership with responsibilities as described above.
- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft 365 proficiently in a professional environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Ability and willingness to travel 5% if needed for training, team meetings, etc.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using software related to expense reporting, purchase orders, and/or employee onboarding.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

- The pay range for this position is $80,920-$138,720 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
