Responsibilities include: Act as primary point of contact for all technical activities including presales, technical support, consulting and training. Identify opportunities at the account to displace competition, add products, users and expand company’s product usage. Identify threats to accounts requiring defense against competition, custom solutions, additional training and special attention. Interface with the Development and Marketing teams during the preparation phase for deployment of new versions of the HyperWorks suite. Support simulation activities in the design community by increasing awareness of and supporting SimSolid. Contribute to light weighting opportunities at the account by implementing processes using OptiStruct and HyperStudy. Identify and prioritize strategic long-term and short term technical activities in support of the account growth plan. Domestic travel approximately 25-30%. Telecommuting permitted.
B.S. in Engineering, IT or Science field. 24 mos. experience in the job offered, Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or in a related position. 24 months experience in: MEDDICC Sales Methodology, CAE and HyperWorks suite implementation, Cloud and physical HPC solutions and deployment, and management of SME and Enterprise customers across presales, technical support, consulting and training activities. 40 hrs/wk. 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. $73,112 – $144,000 /year.
