Job Description

Keysight Demand Center (KDC) is a team within the Keysight Global Marketing department. This exciting role within the KDC manages the orchestration and activation of the plans aligned to marketing campaigns. The KDC is responsible for ensuring that projects are deployed by launch dates and are presented in a compelling, consistent, and recognizable way to our customers and markets, and to drive the success of campaigns. We utilize a range of tools and touchpoints, such as marketing automation, web, social, digital events, contests, and any other digital channel. We work globally and ensure our content and processes apply to all major regions such as the Americas, Greater China, Asia Pacific, and EMEAI.

This Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating, planning, and managing the execution of global digital communication campaigns to drive better customer experiences through comprehensive, cross-channel, demand generation activities and communication journeys. This role will ensure that each email campaign is deployed by the need-by dates and presented in a compelling, consistent, and recognizable way to our customers and markets. You will optimize performance through actionable reviews with campaign stakeholders. Our ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on execution technician.

The Email Specialist is responsible for and is measured on: 

  • Collaborating closely with and providing consultative input and ideas to the Marketing team on lead generation and conversions.
  • Ability to interpret detailed marketing campaign briefs and turn them into automated emails delivered on time, on-brand, and on target.
  • Monitoring email campaign performance and identifying opportunities to make campaigns more effective, drive customer engagement, and achieve business goals.
  • Conversion, consumption, name capture, and the lead generation above industry benchmarks and according to the growth objectives of our CMO
  • Creating thoughtful, measurable ROI metrics, data insight, and course adjustments
  • Ensuring editorial and brand quality of content and enforcing the style guide

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelors or University Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in high tech marketing
  • Working knowledge of email marketing tools (Eloqua preferred), workflow tools, and data analytics tools (DOMO, etc.).
  • Demonstrated track record in creating consolidated and insightful metrics and dashboards on content consumption, awareness, and lead generation metric, including ongoing improvement plans
  • Outstanding communication and project management skills
