Dry Process Engineer

Christine’s Process team is made up of engineers and technicians with multiple and highly dynamic skills. This team is responsible for ensuring the quality of the product during its manufacture at all stages of the transformation process.

Today, Christine is strengthening her team by integrating a new engineer to continue the increase in volume of new products. This increase in power requires the reliability of manufacturing processes to achieve the desired volumes within the timeframes required by our customers and with the right level of quality. 

In this context, you provide operational support in collaboration with production to meet equipment availability commitments, you industrialize new products (definition of the correct sampling and the parameter to follow) as part of their life cycle in interface with the product integration and performance teams.

You lead and develop the technical skills of the Dry zone technician team.

You propose and lead improvement actions: qualification of process changes, statistical process controls after analysis of the measurement system, implementation or improvement of procedures. You participate in the drafting of specifications for new equipment, qualify them and industrialize their operating mode.

You hold a Bac +5 ( in Chemistry, Materials, Biology, Photonics, Optics, etc.) with at least 2 years of experience in an environment close to production.
