Named as Israel’s 2022 most promising startup, we are looking for a Director of Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing company for our semiconductor test analytics solutions.

  • BSEE/CS or equivalent required, MBA and/or MS EE/CS preferred
  • 5+ years experience in the Semiconductor Test space and deep understanding of post-silicon test and assembly
  • 3+ years in Product Marketing or similar sales enablement role required
  • Experience developing/launching products within one or more of the following: cloud infrastructure, SaaS, big data, AI/ML, enterprise SW
  • Strong writing and verbal communication skills (native English speaker)
  • Self-motivated and energized with strong sense of ownership and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
  • Capable of analyzing, documenting and explaining complex processes and structures
  • Great interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Experience in market research, messaging, and positioning
  • Ability to work self-sufficiently, and excel in a high-paced, always changing environment
  • Experience creating effective brochures, demos, slide decks, videos, and running webinars
  • Experience in market research, messaging and positioning
  • Ability to represent the customer needs
  • “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, positivity, and willingness to think outside the box
  • Ability to influence and work with an elite team of hardware and software engineers, without direct authority
  • Excellent presentation and story-telling skills

  • Drive strategy and GTM for our Semiconductor Test Analytics product line to meet business goals
  • Understand the customer journey, target audience and different stakeholders, including pain points for each and build an effective GTM plan
  • Translate product functionality and technical details into user benefit and value
  • Design and drive GTM planning and execution (messaging, positioning, differentiation, benefits)
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and competitors’ approach to the market to determine how to differentiate ourselves
  • Become the product ambassador and lead advocate, including speaking at conferences and conducting webinars
  • Take an active part in the strategy and roadmap discussions of new product introductions
  • Engage with customers and field teams to thoroughly understand the benefits and use cases of proteanTecs’s chip production modules
  • Craft compelling sales enablement content to highlight differentiated value for target customers via presentations, white papers, demos, competitive positioning and case studies
  • Perform business intelligence and market analysis and translate them into actionable business goals
  • Drive campaigns (internal and external) to increase awareness and generate demand
  • Regularly train and interact with the Field Organization, create internal and external training material
  • Work with data analytics team to translate customer success stories into sales tools
  • Own product launches, create plans and execute
  • Monitor customer’s performance, create insights and become the main ‘voice of the customer’, in order to lead cross company decisions
  • Be the Product Champion! Instill a sense of excitement about our products within the organization and ecosystem
