DESCRIPTION

You will be part of the Marketing team responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign, and developing our lead generation programs. This role combines analytics, technology, marketing, and branding. You will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base, and creating effective digital marketing and applications strategies that will promote the long-term growth of Cliosoft.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

You should have strong analytical skills, experience driving marketing campaigns, and creating a good digital marketing experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibilities will include developing, deploying, tracking and optimizing written and visual content across multiple channels
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing, Sales and Applications Engineering teams on technical program development and implementation including demos and webinars
  • Be able to translate brief requirements into technical requirements
  • Create and execute lead generation programs
  • Write and create technical blog posts, articles, case studies, eBooks, and white papers as lead magnets
  • Create a systemic method for A/B and multivariate testing for continuous improvement of campaign performance
  • Analyze and report on marketing campaigns across digital channels
  • Ensure technical marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results, and project recommendations to senior management team
  • Improve workflows for increased efficiency with a process-minded approach
  • Create, update, and optimize website pages
  • Digital Marketing / General (70%)
  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM) (15%)
  • Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization, including regular keyword research and analysis
  • Email Marketing (5%)
  • Design, create, and launch successful email engagement programs, specifically nurture programs and drip campaigns
  • Search Engine Optimization (10%)
  • Consult and analyze all aspects of SEO, including competitive research, technical SEO, web presence optimization, site structure, link acquisition strategies, measurement and performance, and content strategy

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field
  • 2-5 years experience of Business to Business digital marketing experience, including, but not limited to web design, social media, email automation, SEM, and SEO
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, SEO, and web analysis tools
  • Solid analytics skills required, with a strong hold on MS Excel & Google Sheets
