Now, TenXer is looking to replicate this model with many more customers and verticals, increasing TenXer’s footprint across designers globally.

Where you come in…

We are looking for a Digital Marketer with expertise in driving successful search marketing campaigns with proven track record in semiconductor-related marketing, coupled with expertise in performance marketing strategies particularly for North American and European markets. This role requires deep knowledge across all facets of search marketing, including Contact mining, CRM (HubSpot), SEO, SEM, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, capable of blending innovative search marketing strategies with analytical rigor to deliver exceptional results. What does the job involve?

  • Performance Marketing: Implement and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and industry-specific platforms. Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine campaigns, maximizing ROI and lead generation. 
  • SEO and SEM: Drive organic and paid search strategies to enhance our online visibility within the semiconductor design space. Conduct thorough keyword research, market analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify and capitalize on search marketing opportunities. Optimize website content and structure for search engines, ensuring top rankings for key industry-related keywords. 
  • Email Marketing: Design and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote events, and deliver relevant content. Utilize HTML and CSS knowledge to create visually appealing and responsive emailers. 
  • Website Management: Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it reflects the latest offerings and aligns with brand guidelines. 
  • Contact mining and CRM: Mine contacts from various platforms to manage and increase contact database in CRM and other platforms. 

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a Search Marketing Specialist, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience. 
  • Expertise in SEO and SEM, including keyword research, on-page optimization, link-building strategies, PPC campaign management, and conversion rate optimization. 
  • Proficiency in analytics and search marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, Google Ads, Bing Ads). Advanced certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or equivalent are highly preferred. 
  • A portfolio of successful search marketing campaigns that have driven significant business results for global clients. 
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for website management and email campaign creation.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like HubSpot, and contact mining and validation tools – ZoomInfo, Hunter, etc.
