In the role of a Diagnostics (DX) Account Lifecycle Analyst supporting cost per reportable result (CPRR), you will support internal and external customers through the booking of cost per reportable patient result billing. Management of customer facing activities for Siemens DX Cost per reportable result (CPRR) portfolio, including but not limited to:

  • New customer training and configuration in Eluminate
  • Management of reportable mapping
  • Review customers for past due billing and provide reminder notices
  • Ongoing customer support
  • Maintain accuracy of books and records by ensuring compliance with all finance, accounting, and quality policies
  • Review/release inbound reportable orders from Eluminate
  • Creation of estimated billings
  • Research and Resolve Disputes
  • Review/resolve “shipped not billed” items and review of monthly billing audits

In addition to the above, this role serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external CPPR/eLuminate related inquiries (operational and customer facing)

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, with ability to apply problem solving techniques, creativity, and critical thinking to drive continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of issues and collaborate/consult with peers and others outside of functional area to resolve complex issues and improve existing processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of basic accounting and finance principles.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with at least 3 years of related experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP is preferred
  • Financial acumen and demonstrated ability to identify and resolve complex problems and apply problem-solving skills effectively is needed. Ability to operate independently, make decisions and recommendations to resolve issues is important.
  • Experience with digitalization, business process improvement, or similar functions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, problem solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Must be able to multi-task, prioritize workflow, perform under sensitive deadlines.
  • Adaptable to change
