DFT Engineer

Description:

• Experience: 3+ Years of relevant experience
• Scan Insertion and scan DRC fixing for stitching using Design Compiler, Fusion Compiler
• ATPG expertise using Tessent/TetraMax
• Advanced scripting with perl /Tcl.
• Work experience using scan Flows for DC, FC, Genus scan insertion
• Mbist insertion using Tessent Mbist
• Scan and compression insertion using Tessent
• Scan and ATPG DRC analysis and fixing in compression and bypass mode
• Block Level and Top level ATPG pattern generation & coverage analysis.
• Hands-on programming and scripting languages such as TCL/Perl/Python
• Hands-on Simulation Debug and GLS (VCS, Verdi)
