Design Engineering Group Director

Provide technical leadership to the Vision software team on algorithm research, mapping algorithms to DSP architecture, and software architecture for optimal DSP performance.

Work with marketing team to identify new growth opportunities and work with the Vision software and DSP architecture teams to translate these into next generation Vision DSP HW and SW product enhancements or new features.

Work with the Xtensa-SW and Vision software teams on high level programming languages and software frameworks to ensure that Vision DSP products have a high score on “easy-to-use” dimension.

The annual salary range for California is $192,500 to $357,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
