Summary of Role:

This position will be a key position within the Demand Realization and Business Operations Organization.  The person will work with the WW Sales and Planning teams, among others, on all aspects Revenue and ensure an aligned execution plan to meet the company revenue goals. The person will do the necessary analytics and host meetings as needed with the various teams. One key area of focus for this position is to drive system and process improvements. Ideally this job will be based out of our Austin, Texas location. Other GF sites in New York, Vermont and California will be considered.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

  • Drive improvement on business processes related to Demand Realization
  • Work with Sales and Planning on all aspects of allocations, customer commitments and factory loading.
  • Drive Revenue closure activities with the WW Sales team.
  • Be the focal point for customer escalations related to production pull ins.
  • Provide analysis and recommendation on capacity allocation on oversold Fabs and host meetings to drive decisions.
  • Work with the WW Sales team to ensure a crisp plan is in place to bridge any revenue gap to Budget, as well as maximize revenue.
  • Deliver high quality slides containing data driven recommendations for Management meetings.
  • Facilitate monthly customer forecast responses.
  • Work with IT and other Organizations to get data outputs automated as well as build dashboards etc.
  • Handle special projects as they arise related to Demand Realization.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Supply Chain or Business Operations Background.
  • Experience working with large teams across multiple organizations.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft tools – Excel, Power Point and Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a Customer Facing role is a plus.
  • 10 years of experience in Supply chain or Sales/Business Operations
