DE-Senior Product Manager / Product Owner (m/f/d) Embedded IoT Solutions
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) for our IoT Security team. In this position, you will play a key role in the further development of our portfolio for hardware and cloud-based security solutions. You analyze customer and market needs and translate the “voice of customer” into a product vision and roadmap. In a dynamic environment, you set the right priorities and act as a product owner with passion, both internally and externally.

Exciting tasks await you:
- You will develop a holistic understanding of the target market in the area of embedded IoT solutions from Swissbit as well as the corresponding customer structures.
- Collaborate with potential customers to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Ideally, you have in-depth knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as IEC 62443, NIS2, CRA, RED and derive a product vision, product requirements and market entry strategies from this.
- Create a product roadmap based on this vision.
- Managing the product backlog and setting priorities based on changing requirements.
- Responsible for all phases of product creation, including design and development.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage.
- You act as a hub between sales, marketing, product management and management.

- You have an understanding of the market in the industrial, embedded, telecommunications or security environment.

- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience in agile working models (SCRUM, Kanban).
- You are characterized by your strong communication skills as well as your analytical and strategic way of thinking and acting with entrepreneurial foresight.
- You have strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- You are very familiar with the definition of service-oriented business models and product positioning. In addition, you have already gained professional experience in a comparable position, ideally in an industrial environment, and have a great interest in security technologies.
- As a person, you have a strong desire to create, curiosity, initiative and out-of-the-box thinking, and you enjoy strategically working on the customer market.
- Your profile is rounded off by a structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team, reliability and enthusiasm.
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.
