Based on SAP R/3, we are preparing the jump to SAP S/4 HANA. As an in-house SAP consultant (m/f/d), you are responsible for developing and implementing tailor-made migration planning for Swissbit together with an external partner. In our internal Competence Center you can develop your SAP expertise with your own ideas. As a team, you will design and implement the S4 migration project in the SAP private cloud and in hybrid system landscapes. This includes activities such as aligning customer requirements with business processes, conducting workshops for fit-gap analysis, creating functional and technical specifications, planning implementation steps, system configurations, testing, holding customer knowledge transfer sessions and go-live support.
Exciting tasks await you:
- Responsible role in the migration to S/4 HANA, close collaboration with the SAP team and Swissbit departments to create SAP solution concepts
- Conception of detailed, consistent processes taking into account the interaction of S/4 and third-party applications
- Identify solution gaps and develop possible options to close such gaps
- Preparation of technical specifications and design proposals
- Guidance of the implementation team to ensure technical requirements and standards
- Training and support for SAP users regarding processes and technical questions
- Participation in the migration team also as a technical expert

- Successful technical degree, preferably business informatics, computer science, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Relevant experience with SAP implementation projects
- Deep understanding of business processes and their mapping in SAP S/4 HANA, process and SAP solution knowledge (industry) desirable for the following SAP products:
- S/4HANA Manufacturing
- S/4HANA Embedded Extended Warehouse Management
- S/4 HANA Finance
- S/4 HANA Supply Chain Management
- Several years of professional experience in the area of IT project management and implementation of IT projects is desirable
- Knowledge of the cloud portfolio and BTP
- Ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and understandably
- Analytical thinking skills and solution orientation
- Leadership skills and interest in driving forward innovation topics
- Good knowledge of German and English
