Exciting tasks await you:

  • You are the contact person for quality issues in production and are actively involved in controlling defective products and materials in production
  • You will work on finding causes and solutions for deviations and non-conformities, support the responsible departments in introducing corrective and improvement measures and check their effectiveness
  • You are responsible for the test equipment management for the Berlin location, organize the calibration of the test equipment in collaboration with the engineers and production and carry out measuring system analyzes if necessary
  • You administer the data environment for statistical process control and for collecting quality costs for production
  • You create regular reports from the quality data and track the measures to increase yield
  • Control of internal Q documents such as special releases and process change requests from the specialist departments
  • Creation and release of work instructions, quality and process documents
  • Assisting with initial sample inspection reports and product audits
  • Internal auditing of manufacturing processes and quality assurance activities for new developments and projects

  • Successful completion of an engineering degree or completed training as a state-certified technician or comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in the area of ​​quality assurance within production (electronics/semiconductors)
  • Knowledge in the application of quality methods (FMEA, 8D process, Ishikawa) desirable
  • Knowledge of the process and quality requirements for electronic components (IPC), experience with automotive (ISO/TS16949/VDA) and PCB production would be an advantage
  • Experience with SPC techniques
  • Analytical and solution-oriented thinking skills as well as structured and methodical work
  • Experienced use of standard IT applications (MS Office 365) and initial experience with an ERP system (e.g. SAP)
  • Experience in using CAQ programs Babtec or. CASQ-it is an advantage
  • Initial programming experience in scripting languages ​​(preferably VBA) is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
