Summary/Objective:  Lead Compliance Support team functions.  Along with communicating information to support communication to appropriate internal and external parties.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

  • Monitor transactions.
  • Ensure training and understanding of the team
  • Responsible for the development and execution of a plan for current and future growth of processes and staffing for dealing with the changing expectations & needs of the organization.
  • Responsible for management of Customer & Internal inquiries.
  • Responsible for management of the team’s workload and schedule to coincide with project timelines.
  • Responsible for the department associate annual evaluations as well as annual performance bonus determinations.
  • Establish Best Practices and Policies for the department consistent with company/department goals and objectives in an open and collaborative manner.
  • Reinforce and encourage company core values.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a commitment to meeting deadlines and expectations while ensuring overall compliance and quality of delivery.
  • Must be flexible, possess strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Must Have strong analytical, problem solving, leadership and collaboration skills

Required Experience:

  • 3+ Years’ Experience in the engineering or working with technical regulatory requirements or standards
  • Excellent technical, problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, & SGN
  • Strong decision-making capabilities.
  • Capacity to handle confidential information.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes

Additional preferred skills:

  • Experience managing teams
  • Proficiency in Salesforce

Preferred Education:

4 year Technical Degree or equivalent years’ experience in the field of Regulatory or Standards review and implementation
