Co-Op Engineer – Global Operations Shuttle

Summary of Role:

GLOBALFOUNDRIES Global Shuttle Operations team is seeking a talented and motivated engineer or project manager to join our team.  In this role you will engage with teams locally and across the globe to establish our new business processes, help clarify and document our business processes, and add automation to make these processes much more efficient.   We manage the Multi-Project Wafer program for all of GLOBALFOUNDRIES and work within our team as well as with sales, field application engineers, customer engineers, product engineers, and many others to give our customers a consistent experience across the company.

Essential Responsibilities:      

• Help the team track and execute GLOBALFOUNDRIES Multi-Project Wafers (MPWs) in RF and SiPh technologies
• Extract and organize customer data from SalesForce and other data collection tools, using automation to make processes more efficient and accurate
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:         

• Education – Graduating Senior or Junior in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics or other related discipline
• Minimal travel – no business travel required
• Language Fluency – English
• Physical Capacity Demands – none

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience and/or training in Project Management
