What does the job consist of?
In the context of the growth of our production and an internal reorganization, the Facilities Chimie&Gaz team wishes to welcome a new operations manager for the chemical distribution facilities required for the manufacturing processes of our products.
With Patrice and Delphine, our engineers, and the technicians and agents of the pole, experts in their field, you are responsible for the operation of the group’s facilities in order to guarantee their continuity of operation. You implement technical developments in order to meet the needs of the clean room and the regulatory obligations in force. You are the guarantor of the quality of the services of the subcontracting suppliers.
You rely on a team of technicians whose operational activity you manage, taking into account the autonomy of each. You are concerned with efficiency and know how to manage the group’s performance with a concern for process optimization. You have an operational budget that you control and for which you know how to propose adjustments.
Within an industrial environment constrained in terms of safety (site classified as Seveso low threshold) and demanding on the control of chemical risk, you will be responsible for integrating safety as a prerequisite for the activities of the team and subcontractors and for implementing the best possible practices. The HSE department will be your partner in this mission and you will be the referent for the Chemistry & Gas team.
Your knowledge of automation and GTC will allow you to be a key relay to support the industrial challenges of tomorrow.
Requirements & qualifications
holder of a Bac+5 (Engineering School / University), with at least 5 years of experience, ideally in the electronics, aerospace or pharmaceutical industry and technical skills related to industrial maintenance.
Your knowledge of automation is a plus.
You like to lead, coordinate and organize a team activity.
