What part will you play?

 
You will be an integral member of the Candidate Experience Team within Talent Acquisition (TA) Germany. Our focus is on creating and ensuring the best possible journey for talents throughout all phases of the recruitment process. We operate in an agile and project-based model and are continuously challenging the status quo. In particular you will:

  • Take on responsibility to transform TA Germany’s digital communication, online and social media presence, to become more attractive and engaging for the relevant target groups
  • Provide conceptual and operational expertise on digital communication, online marketing strategies and drive their implementation in collaboration with TA, the Business, Employer Branding and Communications for local and global recruiting needs 
  • Own, implement and ensure a strong and engaging social media presence for TA
  • Run targeted recruitment marketing campaigns for specific positions/ramp-up projects with a focus on relevant channels, engaging content and return on investment
  • Analyze internal and external data, statistics and intelligence and use data and insights to formulate for candidate attraction strategy
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends, platforms and technologies in the areas of candidate attraction and communication 
  • Be a champion of diversity and ensure it is reflected and promoted in all activities 
What you need to make real what matters.

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources or similar combined with several years of professional work experience in digital / online communications, social media and content marketing, employer branding and/or recruitment marketing 
  • You have proven experience in running and driving communications, online marketing and social media strategies, projects and campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Working experience with international teams combined with confidence in collaborating with global partners on various management levels
  • You are up to date with the latest market trends, technologies and methodologies to measure success of our activities 
  • You can clearly demonstrate the capability to think analytically, creatively and critically, speak-up and inspire change 
  • Business fluency in English and German are required
