Description
- To be responsible for helping to drive leading edge process/device development and optimization of BCD/HV devices in order to meet scaling, performance, reliability, and manufacturability requirements
- Support Layout production and quality verification for best speed, power and area by using layout technique
- Machine Learning/AI exploratory for layout quality and productivity enhancement
- Specialty devices development, characterization and improvement for BCD/HV
- Product-grade performance and parametric improvement by processes and devices optimization
- Device, reliability, yield issues solving for production
- Advanced module process development (e.g. EPI, IMP,..)
Qualifications
- Minimum Master degrees in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Materials science, or Related Engineering
- Over 2.0 years’experience in Specialty Devices or Integration, familiar with semiconductor devices or TCAD simulation is preferred
- Hands-on participation and a strong sense of ownership is required
- Strong technical problem-solving and analytical skills, based upon fundamental, rather than empirical models is required
- Exhibit well and open communication skills, be able to work with cross-functional teams & Customers
- Fluent in English
