Responsibility:
- Draft and negotiate IP(Intellectual property) and technology transaction contracts (joint development agreement, technology transfer agreement, license agreement, etc.).
- Provide IP legal advice in support of R&D innovation activities.
- Plan and enforce company policy on protection of technology innovation
Qualifications
- US or Taiwan Law school, admission to US or Taiwan bar. LLM degree is a plus.

1~3 years of experience in a law firm or a high-tech company .

Broad experience in high-tech contract negotiation, IP transaction, and IP litigation.

Strong project management, communication, organization, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English – writing, listening, and speaking.
