Senior Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Technical Product Manager at Arteris, you will Manage the full product lifecycle starting with product definition through approvals, development, release and maintenance.  You will also Work closely with engineering to ensure product requirements and engineering schedules are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit and document market requirements and use cases and ensure they are translated effectively into engineering product requirements
Monitor technical schedules and lead the process to make scope/cost/schedule trade-offs when necessary to meet business goals
Create product roadmaps and assist engineering and architecture teams with technology roadmaps
Collaborate with Arteris IP customers to secure design wins and elicit requirements
Collaborate with partner companies (EDA, IP, etc.) and standards organizations to create an ecosystem around our products with requirements for product integration and standards compliance
Create sales tools and marketing collateral (presentations, papers, website, etc.), and train the sales and application engineering teams on their use
Analyze the competitive landscape and create effective product positioning strategies
Develop strategies to grow existing markets, explore new markets, and secure industry and OEM endorsements higher in the value chain
Experience Requirements / Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the semiconductor IP or EDA industry. (You do not yet have to be an interconnect IP expert, but you must have the passion to quickly become one!)
Experience using requirements management tools like Jama Software, IBM DOORS, etc.
Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal or positional authority
Proven ability and desire to learn new technologies and ways they can be used
Excellent written and verbal communications skills,
Excellent teamwork skills with ability to put needs of customers and the team above oneself
Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering or Computer Science)
MBA or equivalent experience
