You will work with an expert team to design and deliver interconnect & memory hierarchy solutions for some of the world’s most sophisticated mobile, telecom, automotive, and consumer SoC designs. You’ll create designs in a powerful language that blends traditional RTL with leading-edge software to provide extremely configurable, testable, and high-quality solutions. You’ll go home at the end of the day amazed at all the places where your creations end up. You will have the opportunity to be part of a proven-successful startup, and to influence development environment, architecture, verification, and everything in-between – you’ll no longer be stuck in a silo or just a cog in the machine. Responsibilities:

Defining, documenting, developing and executing a methodology which allows an effective and efficient front-end IP development flow
Maintaining and improving existing scripts, including Makefile, Perl, Python, Node JS, Shell, and SGE
Managing the CI process thru a variety of tools, including Jenkins, GitLab, Bamboo, module, and etc.
Becoming the integral person to bridge the releases across software, RTL, and design verification teams.
Help improve and refine process, methodology, and metrics
Skills and Qualifications:

10 or more years of experience in SOC/IP methodology development and a plus with experience in dealing with highly configurable design
Strong experience writing scripts using Perl, Python, Makefile, NodeJS, and Shell
Strong experience in managing CI tools like Jenkins, Bamboo, and Gitlab
Experience using Verilog, VHDL design, System Verilog
Experience with job submission tools like SGE and LSF.
Ability to debug computer system issues
Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team
