Apprenticeship – Internal communications manager

You will report directly to the internal communications manager and you will support her on all of her missions:

• You are a relay for the different departments regarding their internal communication needs and coordinate projects, advise and guide you towards the solution that seems most appropriate to you.
• You manage internal communication projects from A to Z, from brief taking to final validation of deliverables. In conjunction with external service providers, you ensure follow-up.
• You manage the intranet, the company’s social network, by being proactive and writing articles while leading all internal correspondents. In the context of redesigning our intranet, you coordinate all the information to be integrated while showing creativity.
• You propose and manage internal communication actions and events for the Bernin headquarters in order to ensure dynamism and conviviality within the community of headquarters employees through both face-to-face and remote devices.

• You set up and lead internal events in a multicultural environment.

Are you going to complete a master’s degree or equivalent in communications and are you looking for a 1 or 2 year work-study program? You enjoy working on several projects in a dynamic context within an international organization.

Do you master IT tools like Canva?

You have excellent writing and interpersonal skills. Agile-minded, you are rigorous and have good written and oral communication. You have a spirit of synthesis and a real ability to coordinate: this is to your advantage
