Apprenticeship – HR training manager

Integrated into the Learning & Development team, you will be in charge of designing and deploying the group’s security actions.

Initially, your main mission is to ensure the planning, organization and monitoring of mandatory training. Gradually, you will be required to work on skills development projects and participate in the design of new training modules.

To do this, you will be in direct contact with the operational teams, responsible for defining needs and regulatory obligations. You will be in contact with internal clients (managers, employees and trainers) and external clients (service providers such as training organizations).

You will also be involved in various projects related to the group’s training activity.

• Ideally a student in Master 1 HR (Generalist, Skills and Training, HR Development, etc.), you are looking for a work-study program for 2 years.
• You are recognized for your autonomy and rigor.
• Your mastery of IT tools will be highly appreciated.
• Your sense of communication and good interpersonal skills are essential to interface with internal and external customers.
