Apprenticeship – Continuous Improvement Engineer within the Innovation Department

• As a Continuous Improvement Engineer apprentice, you will join Soitec’s Innovation department.
• In this environment, you will work closely with engineers and researchers to implement solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of innovation projects.
• The continuous improvement of internal processes will be the guiding principle of your work-study program. Your knowledge of LEAN and Agile methods (Obeya, VSM, 5W, Ishikawa, Gemba walk, PDCA, etc.) will be a definite asset to carry out your missions. In support of techno-managers, this work-study program will allow you to immerse yourself in the daily life of a high-tech environment.
• You will help the project manager with the implementation of these methodologies, the facilitation of meetings and the provision of tools.
• Throughout the work-study program, you will train in the tools and supports available to employees within innovation. You instill this method of continuous improvement within the team.
