Apprenticeship – Business law lawyer

What is the mission of our lawyers? Defend Soitec’s interests and secure commitments with our numerous partners. On a daily basis, your interactions with the various players in the company will allow you to analyze their needs, understand the challenges of each file, and thus participate in the implementation of major and diversified projects for the group.

You will participate in the drafting, negotiation and monitoring of commercial agreements (confidentiality agreements, purchases, sales, provision of services) as well as research and development agreements (collaboration agreement, thesis contracts, etc.). ). In addition, your missions will lead you to intervene in corporate law, compliance and litigation files. You will carry out legal research in order to deepen your knowledge of the legal subjects covered.

Our company being a global player in high technology, the subjects that you will be required to deal with concern both France and abroad (Europe, United States, Asia).

With a BAC +5 training in business law, contract law, DJCE or a student at the School of Lawyers, you are looking for a work-study program from August/September 2024.

A first internship in a company or law firm would be appreciated. Your mastery of English will allow you to understand and draft international contracts, as well as communicate with your contacts in France and abroad.

Your rigor as a junior lawyer is compatible with your adaptability. You know how to listen, but also establish and explain the framework to defend Soitec’s positions! You are recognized for your autonomy, your capacity for analysis and synthesis. Your sense of communication and good interpersonal skills are essential to successfully carrying out your missions.
