Position Content & Responsibilities

As a highly technical company, it is an advantage if you have an interest in technology and even better if your interest and experience lie within semiconductor chips and communications. You will work closely with experienced engineers and product managers who can provide the necessary training and technical support during marketing content development.

Your main tasks

As the Marketing Manager you will take responsibility for developing the marketing plan, identifying needed marketing initiatives and ensure delivery of all marketing deliverables from awareness to revenue. This will require familiarity with all aspects of marketing as well as the competence to develop various marketing deliverables.

The successful candidate will have skills in the following areas:

Marketing Planning and Management
  • Prepare, manage and execute marketing projects and campaigns
  • Experience with management of a small and agile marketing team is a plus
Positioning and Communication
  • Raise our profile through webinars, blogs, tech talks, events etc
  • Articulating value propositions for key target audiences and personae
  • Identifying Unique Selling Points and key messages
Marketing Content Development
  • Develop marketing content in English including whitepapers, articles and blogs
  • Manage external providers of marketing content
  • Ensure consistency and quality in marketing content
Web Development and Optimization
  • Design and develop corporate website content
  • Optimize of website content for efficient lead conversion and SEO
Digital Marketing and Lead Generation
  • Manage online partner and referral pages as well as social media sites, such as LinkedIn
  • Identify and assess the potential and value of digital lead generation opportunities
  • Maintain on-going analytics to assess lead generation effectiveness
Sales and Product Support
  • Develop sales support content, such as technical datasheets, product brochures, sales presentations and product roadmaps
  • Cooperate with Product Management on development of sales material including competitive analyses
  • Plan and execute product launch activities
  • Integration of marketing and sales processes
  • Manage leads through first phases of the in-bound sales process including CRM
