Summary/Objective

Responsible for all Company administrative functions.

Essential Functions/ Responsibilities.

  • Responsible for canteen operations and comply with the relevant statutory requirements to make sure food provided by the vendor is safe and clean. Food is provided to all associates without any missing.
  • Manage transportation service to make sure the best service is provided.
  • Responsible for postal service, photocopy machine rental.
  • Ensure stationery is kept track and with the best price.
  • Responsible for pantry items, mineral water.
  • Responsible for the reception, employee badge management, locker management;
  • Responsible for reservation of accommodation, meal, air ticket and taxi card management.
  • Maintaining all contract relevant to office supplier/service.
  • Daily audit meeting rooms to make sure 5S is maintained and all necessary items are filled.
  • Liaisons with related Government department and related to administrative functions.
  • Co-operate in some company events.
  • Any other job-related duties as assigned by management.
  • Adheres to all Samtec Quality Principles and actions

Required Experience

  • 2 years in related / similar position is preferred

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / related technical or equivalent experience.

Training required:

  • Samtec DNA
  • ISO awareness training
  • IH On Job Training
  • On the Job Training as appropriate.
