Production Engineer

Job Description/Responsibilities
The employee will work on the production and testing of high-performance FPGAs at 16/7nm and below.  His or her responsibilities will include the following:

Develop and maintain the test methodology for Achronix FPGAs and IP
Develop ATPG/custom test vectors for fault testing
Debug production and test issues; correlate as necessary to process parameters
Correlate silicon performance and power with simulation data
Work with Operations and Program Management to maintain records and documentation related to the production flow
Suggest process improvements to reduce test time and improve yield
Mentor junior engineers

Required Skills
Familiarity with production test methodologies, fault coverage and fault analysis
Experience working on the test floor and/or in a lab environment
Familiarity with WGL and STIL formats for test vectors
Experience designing/maintaining flows and methodologies from scratch
Experience programming in a scripting language
Experience with digital VLSI design and verification
Familiarity with using and/or designing FPGAs is a plus
Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts is a plus
Familiarity with revision-control systems (e.g., perforce, git) is a plus
Excellent debugging skills
Well organized and excellent communication skills

Education and Experience
BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science + 2-10 years experience
