I may have missed it here on SemiWiki but I just bounced on this document from the 6 May 2025 annual stockholder's meeting of Intel. Contains also quite some financial details about all the compensation of Management (some 100 pages, at Intel they seem to spend quite some time and resources on compensation of upper-management) and PG's farewell agreement.
On the view of Yeary on the new Board members the chair writes on page 3 of the proxy statement:

We are committed to having the right mix of skills, qualifications and technical expertise on the Board. In 2024 we added Eric Meurice, former President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ASML, and Steve Sanghi, Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Microchip, as independent directors. Eric and Steve are highly respected and accomplished leaders in the semiconductor industry whose deep technical expertise, executive experience, and operational rigor make them great additions to the Intel Board — and they have had an immediate impact.
Would be interesting to know what that immediate impact is?
