What does the job consist of?
Perfect Order Fulfillment
- Ensure bulk materials availability for all manufacturing lines starts
- Ensure on time starts and liaison with interfaces on operational updates in order to ensure right wafer cycle time and delivery to customers
Weekly Operational Planning
- Participate in weekly operational planning alignment meeting between sites and plan changes in case of deviation
- Response and react to the change to ensure manufacturing lines are on the right track
- Planning for ad hoc material start request from respective stakeholders with adherence to the weekly operational plan
Scope of work
- Execute scope of work between Planning and Logistics
- Participate in planning of materials to Site
- Planning for local manufacturing lines daily starts
- Segregate products based on instruction from relevant stakeholders
- Participate in project and workgroups
Delivery Scheduling
- Analyze forecast based on requirements, inventory level and advise on timeline for material request from warehouse
- Liaise with Engineer to monitor/expedite delivery schedule and status in order to ensure timely delivery of supplies/materials
Documentation & Standard Operating Procedures
- Utilize and improve reports, specifications, workflow, quality and safety related documentation
- Execute existing workflow and documentation procedures and propose necessary improvements in order to comply with policies and ensure proper documentation and improve operational efficiency
Cost Efficiency & Improvement
- Proposes cost reduction plans
- Develop cost-consciousness within the team
- Initiate improvement projects; Update progress & outcome to Manager/Engineer
Requirements & qualifications
Educational Qualifications:
- Diploma: Minimum 2 years relevant experience in Logistics / Supply Chain or Planning
- Diploma: Minimum 4 years relevant experience in Manufacturing
Requirements:
- Able to perform swing shift (Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday), 8:30am to 6pm
- Knowledge of SiView / Oracle / ERP system will be advantageous
- Good problem solving / analytical skills
- Basic presentation skills
- Self-motivated , positive mindset and good team player
