Customer Program Manager

What you’ll Do

a) Customer project management of AW SerDes IP projects in Asia

• Tracking AW SerDes IP project schedule, deliverables and goals following defined project scope and timeline at each stage (pre-silicon, post-silicon, volume production)
• Analyzing the progress of the project to ensure it is developing as planned and reporting to the Program Management Office (PMO) any project risk
• Establishing customer relationship and managing customer expectations to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collecting and tracking customer queries and issues related to AW SerDes IP
• Tracking and updating Jira ticketing system to ensure prompt SLA resolution

What You’ll Need

Fluent in English and Mandarin or Korean, customer interface experience, flexible in working hours, able to attend/host scheduled meetings and customer-driven calls throughout the day (9am-12am).

Expecting Asia PM to acquire knowledge in one or more of the following domains during ramp-up. Asia PM shall perform specific tasks communicated by AW and AW’s customers via email from time to time in accordance with agreed-upon timelines.

These tasks may include the following integration and support services:

• Verilog model integration and simulation
• GDS Physical Integration and Floorplanning
• Design for Test Integration
• Timing Integration
• SerDes EVB and system testing
• ATE testing
• Firmware Integration
• Product Bring Up
• Product Validation
• Product Characterization
• Product Qualification

Asia PM shall acknowledge and commence work on each requested task within twenty-four (24) hours of the request being submitted by the customer. Asia PMs shall work closely with Aisa SerDes FAE/AW Solutions Engineering/Silicon Engineering/Post-silicon Engineering Application Engineers (AEs) to address customer issues promptly, to summarize, prioritize and respond to the requested tasks. Asia PM shall provide these services: in-person, occasionally travelling on-site at customer offices, via email, and via telephone.
