What does the job consist?
Existing account management
- Established clientale and exercise ownership in customer relationship
- Responsible for meeting the performance indicators for the account (Rev, Price, Profitability and Market Share)
- Responsible for the strategy for the account to grow the key performance indicators
- Develop new opportunities working with the customer base
- Responsible for the customer satisfaction
Business development
- Understand the China ecosystem for the area Soitec is interested to develop
- Develop relationships with OEM, Fabless and Foundries in China
- Develop new business opportunities within the ecosystem
Negotiation, relationship building & demand monitoring
- Negotiate price/contract/volume/delivery
- Provide quotation for nego & price road map
- Monitor customer demand & update forecast on time
Reporting & communication
- Provide customer demand & plan for revenue forecast.
- Prepare weekly report regarding customer situation
- Effective communication with Customers to ensure full satisfaction
- Influence the Headquarters both in France and Singapore with regular update on customer situation and requirement
- Respect the rules applicable to the process
Requirements & qualifications
Educational Qualifications : BS required, MBA, MS preferred
Experience :
- 3-7 years in Sales and Marketing experience in the Semiconductor or related industry
- Preferred experience in Semiconductor wafer sales (Wafer company) or IC design (Fabless, Design companies in the RF Front End, III-V Compound, Specialty products area). Other experience in Material and Equipment sales in the Semiconductor industry can be of interest.
Technical / Job Knowledge :
- Understand Semiconductor Technology and/or IC technology
- Understand basic business process in the sales cycle
Personal Capabilities :
- Proven track record in achieving business goals
- Negotiation methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written, verbal)
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and driven. Able to work independently, as well as in a team environment
- Highly organized, analytical, process oriented
- Fluent in English preferred
