Description:

The marketing and communications specialist/manager will develop and execute B2B programs to drive Arteris forward. This individual will report to the Head of Communications and Brand Marketing to support all key brand marketing and communication programs. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams across the globe to support business objectives, so time zone flexibility is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with coms/brand marketing, product marketing, and engineering to help drive the creation of high-quality content assets, including but not limited to announcements, blogs, articles, white papers, webinars, and social media posts.
  • Help develop creative ideas that elevate Arteris’ profile and cut through the clutter within the US and global markets.
  • Participate in the creation, execution, management and distribution of public announcements including wire service distribution plus direct engagement and distribution to the media.
  • Support media relations activities such as building and maintaining a media contacts database, developing pitch write-ups, building briefing documents, scheduling media briefings, and performing other tasks as required.
  • Fuel the growth of Arteris’ social media program. Maintain social media calendar, developing new ideas, new posts and new strategies to build the audience. Own social media operations include posting approved content, driving engagement, and tracking/reporting performance monthly.
  • Maintain and organize a library of brand assets, press materials, messaging, and content assets for easy access and use across the company.
  • Continuous monitoring of coverage for Arteris, key competitors and the general industry – preparing regular reports for internal use.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing activities for campaigns and product launches.
  • Coordinate and manage speaking opportunities including co-creating submissions, tracking and placement and deliverables management.
  • Support events through planning, execution and on-site management when needed.

Requirements / qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, communications/PR, or content marketing for a technology or semiconductor company is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience developing communications/content for various audiences across different channels including websites, social media, email, presentations, and more.
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills, with a passion for creating compelling content, messaging platforms, social posts, and other content that addresses the target audience.
  • Event planning, management, and execution skills are required, with the ability to travel to events as needed.
  • Graphic and visual design skills desired and considered a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, prioritize critical projects, and juggle urgent inbound requests with ease.
  • Ability to work effectively with a variety of team members from different functional groups in different time zones.
  • Quick learner with a “get it done” demeanor who is able to take direction and complete projects independently with precision, accuracy and on deadline.
  • Ability to quantify results and bring an analytical mindset to marketing and communications programs to qualify program investment and performance

Education requirements:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Journalism or equivalent required.
