This position is critical to the operations of the company, involves a wide range of responsibilities and is highly visible within the company. The Sales Operations Director plays a role in bridging commercial needs with operational capabilities and needs.

Amongst others the Sales Operations Director’s responsibilities will be to assist Arteris in enhancing and developing reporting, data analytics, sales process optimization, sales program implementation, CRM dashboard and report management. The Sales Operations Director will bring experience and new perspectives to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with forecasting, win-loss deal analysis bookings with the goal to leverage learnings and continuously improve our sales go-to-market strategy
  • Communicate and support a deal review process for large deals ensuring adherence to company policies and at the same time balancing the needs of the business in meeting sales targets
  • Recommend and implement new technologies to enhance Sales activities and reporting
  • Drive CRM standards including good hygiene for the sales pipeline. Recommend changes and enhancements to the CRM s system, quoting system and reporting tools
  • Assists with collaborating on and updating the sales process, forecasting process, pipeline management, KPIs, reports, and dashboards in CRM
  • Ensures planning, forecasting and budgeting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes
  • Works with Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure that the company is in compliance with established processes and procedures
  • Assisting with establishing clear deal structure and compliance guidelines and measure sales adherence to defined processes
  • Partner with senior management to identify opportunities for sales process improvement. Foster an environment of continuous improvement
  • Provide weekly perspective on state of the business
  • Work closely with sales and finance leadership in preparing executive management & sales leadership presentations

Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of presenting to senior management
  • Thorough understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools
  • 10+ years of Sales Operations experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience leading Sales Operations teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
  • Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the sales team
  • Analytical and problem-solving orientation
  • Bachelor’s degree
