About the Business Unit:

Within the Wireless Internet of Things group, Ceva is offering you to be a member of our Hardware Radio team in the program management in the team developing top performance wireless transceiver ICs for the future evolution of our Wi-Fi IP (Intellectual Property).

 About the Role:

Defines, develops, and executes plans of record, including: schedules, resources, deliverables, and risks. Monitors and drives the program from initiation through delivery, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders across functions on technical matters, as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and takes responsibility for multiple programs.
• Monitors projects on-time delivery, and achievement of program milestones.
• Identifies program issues/risks and creates a risk mitigation plan. Maintains/updates the risk tracker.
• Work closely with Engineering to track/ensure projects milestones completion in time.
• Coordinates the communication of multiple teams to ensure the in time execution of the program.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electronic engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management or related work experience.
• Experience in working with different teams inside the company.
• 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with senior leadership (e.g., Director level and above).
• 2+ years of experience working in a large organization.
• 2+ years of experience with program management tools such as dashboards, Gantt charts, etc.
