BROAD ROLE
Responsible for development, exploitation and maximization of business and profitable growth of Service Sales for the Smart Infrastructure -Buildings in the Eastern Region regional Siemens organizations in the country. He/she represents Siemens in all service sales / strategic activities and acts as interface between the Customers and Siemens. He/she acts as the advocate for the Customer´s interests and shows a personal long term commitment for the Customer.
He/She have to work with customers in Installed Base and extract Service Agreement Renewals, Warranty conversions, Offering Modernization and Upgrades and expansion projects , Evaluate what all digital and sustainability solutions suits the customer requirement . He / She has to closely work with various other stake holders in Region and Branch who can enable the Service Business for profitable growth. He / She has to develop a team of Sales Managers/ Executives to work with him/ her to achieve these goals for Siemens Limited.
