Your mission
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day People & Culture tasks
- Assist with (building up) processes around the whole employee lifecycle
- Gain insights into the establishment of a P&C department in a start-up
Your profile
- Enrolled student in psychology, business/organizational psychology or similar
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Asana would be nice
