Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for KGSO Malaysia Quality Management System. Ensuring compliance with Keysight Global, KGSO requirements, ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 9001 standard.
• Oversees calibration and testing procedures to maintain technical accuracy and compliance.
• Acts as metrologist, ensuring adherence to industry accreditation and technical requirement.
• Provides technical expertise in metrology, measurement systems, and laboratory operations.
• Leads ETE (Equipment, Test & Evaluation) Management and Traceability, ensuring proper control over calibration and measurement processes.
• Develops, improves, and implements quality policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Manages monthly quality metrics reporting and drives continuous improvement initiatives.
• Handles and resolves customer escalations related to calibration and quality issues.
• Liaises with internal audit, customer audit and external accreditation bodies, ensures compliance with audit requirements.
• Oversees the qualification and maintenance of the Approved Vendor List.

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters, with preference of study on Electrical Engineering
• At least 5 years experiences relevant to operation quality management and knowing the general requirements
• Possess sound knowledge on requirements under ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), FMEA, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of metrology principles, including Calibration systems. Knowledge in Measurement uncertainty will be a plus.
• Adequate analytical, problem solving and presentation skills
• Proficiency in English.
