Job Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate HR IT projects; continuously gather user feedback, analyze insights, and prioritize the requirements based on the business impact and strategic value.
2. Assist HR managers/users to rationalize and simplify business processes; translate business requirements into IT specifications.
3. Guide the stakeholders to identify the pain points, explore the opportunities, and propose tailored digital solutions.
4. Work closely with IT and business users to confirm the product specifications and ensure the feasibility of the development plan.
5. Lead user training initiatives and implement change management strategies to ensure successful system rollouts.
6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal regulations related to HR systems and data.
7. Stay updated on the latest HR technology trends and best practices to drive innovation.
Job Qualifications
1. Master’s degree in computer science, Information Engineering, Information Science, or a related field is required.
2. 5~10 years of experience in business process analysis and digital systems.
3. 5+ years working experience in HR, or business management consultant field.
4. A service-oriented and initiative-taking individual with effective communication skills and a collaborative team spirit.
5. Strong conceptual thinking and project management skills.
6. Effectively bilingual in verbal and written Mandarin and English.
7. Experience with global resources across multiple geographic locations is a plus.
