Job Responsibilities

1. Manage and coordinate HR IT projects to ensure the smooth operation of HR IT applications.
2. Design and implement AI solution to optimize global process/system integration and operational efficiency.
3. Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business stakeholders to design and implement system solutions.

Job Qualifications

1. Master’s degree in computer science, Information Management, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.
2. 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis and digital systems, with a preference for candidates experienced in AI technology application or programming.
3. Proficiency in AI development tools or frameworks.
4. Experience with global collaboration across multiple geographic locations is preferred.
5. Strong conceptual thinking, innovative mindset, and project management skills.
6. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Fluent in English, including verbal and written communication skills.
