Head of Product / Head of Software
Your mission
Be the captain of the ship:
- Own the technical decisions and create the roadmap to translate proven concepts into focused, market-ready development
- Guide and grow a team of engineers through development and the balance of “build right” vs. “build fast”
- Develop and drive the go-to-market strategy incl. timing, communication and structure for your internal and external stakeholders
- Discuss technical and business topics with customers, able to translate between engineering and commercial perspectives
Your profile
- As a member of the leadership team, you will report directly to the CEO and play a key role in connecting technology and business.
A Leader in Software:
- 9+ years of total experience with a foundation in hands-on software development incl. 2+ years in owning development plans
- Sound experience in leading 3+ engineer teams
- A strong plus: Knowledge about EDA or formal tools
A go-to-market Driver:
- 3+ years of experience in a GTM role
- Proven track record building and scaling software products in a demanding market
- Comfortable owning your outcomes – impact-focused and aligned with your team
