What does the job consist?

In an international context , our Finance Department faces numerous challenges. Nicolas, Group FP&A Manager, is now looking to add a new talent to his team to ensure project continuity and support the Group’s strategy. Working closely with Finance Department management, the strategic office teams, and those in charge of industrial strategy, your responsibilities will include:

  • Modeling & Business Plans: development of 5-year business plans, in close collaboration with the Operations Department, the Strategic Department and the finance teams, management and facilitation of the Group Business Plan process, financial modeling (P&L, cash flow statement, balance sheet, change in working capital, free cash flow, net debt…), assessment of financing needs and the profitability of assets over the plan horizon.
  • Construction of financial models: design of simulation and analysis tools to assess the financial impacts of development projects and to guide decision-making.
  • Strategic Financial Analyses : Evaluation of projects (make or buy, co-entrepreneurship, investments) and overall economic considerations related to the group’s activities.
  • Continuous Improvement : steering the optimization of financial tools and processes with a view to simplification and reliability; definition, deployment and management of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Corporate FP&A support: operational support for the Group FP&A team on analyses, reporting and cross-functional projects.

Requirements & qualifications

Background: Ideally a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting with at least 7 years of experience in Business Modelling, Valuation or Transaction Services (Big Four). Experience in the industrial sector is a plus.

Technical Expertise : Excellent foundation in finance and accounting (IFRS). Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Hyperion, and a curiosity for new interfaces.

Soft Skills: Rigor, autonomy, and adaptability. You possess excellent teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with your corporate contacts (clients and internal suppliers).

Languages ​​& Confidentiality: Fluent English (written/spoken) and absolute discretion on  sensitive topics.
