Apprenticeship – Security Project Manager

Within the Sustainability & Safety organization, safety is a major priority at Soitec. The team leads numerous projects aimed at strengthening the protection of employees and the site. In this context, you will be responsible for several key missions contributing to the development of a safety culture and the improvement of risk management processes, such as:

Project management:

• Development of a system for monitoring and verifying our regulatory obligations
• Implementation of a chemical product management database at the Soitec Group level

Developing a safety culture:

• Collaborating on the implementation of an effective communication campaign for the coming year
• Participate in the organization of safety events (safety week, celebration/award presentation, safety video, safe bulletin, etc.)

Participation in the life of the service:

• Participate in an HSE support role for accident analysis/minor care incidents, and industrial hygiene measures.
• To be an active supporter in cross-functional projects related to safety and risk prevention (risk assessment in maintenance)
• Monitoring of Soitec Group Safety Indicators/KPIs

You are preparing for a Master’s degree, a Master’s degree or an engineering degree in Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and are looking for a 12-month work-study placement.

A skilled communicator, you know how to persuade and mobilize people around HSE issues. Reliable, rigorous, and organized, you carry out your tasks independently.

Finally, you are comfortable with computer tools, and your command of English (reading, writing, speaking) would be an asset.
