What does the job consist?

Fully integrated into the payroll and HR administration team, responsible for the compensation of over 1700 employees across five sites, you will be involved in the entire payroll process. Supported and trained by the team, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Payroll data processing: collection, verification and entry of variable elements from our time management system and information transmitted by managers.
  • Managing employee requests: answering questions related to payroll and providing support to employees.
  • Personnel administration: monitoring employee files throughout their professional career (employment contracts, mandatory declarations, affiliations to social organizations).
  • HR event management: handling sick leave, insurance, certificates and various correspondence.
  • Monitoring deadlines: in collaboration with HR partners, ensure follow-up of the end of probationary periods and fixed-term contracts.

Requirements & qualifications

  • You are preparing for a Bac+2 or Bac+3 in BUT or Professional Licence with a specialization in payroll and are looking for a work-study placement of 12 to 24 months.
  • You are proficient in computer tools and are recognized for your rigor, organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
  • With excellent interpersonal skills, you play a key role as an HR contact person for managers and employees.
  • You are committed to providing quality service and contributing to the continuous improvement of payroll and HR processes.
